Tirumala Tirupathi trip

Recently I had the opportunity to visit Tirumala [the next day after the Brahmotsavams] and I was really awe-struck by the beauty of the Divya Desam. The entire town wore a festive look and wherever, whenever you go you can’t escape seeing devotees & hearing Sri Venkateswara songs & chantings. Every place was beautifully lit with images of the Lord. Added to it, the pleasant climate made it a heaven. And suddenly a thought struck me – if a Divyadesam on earth can look so beautiful, the eternal abode of the Lord Sriman Narayana, Sri Vaikuntam must be thousand times more beautiful. But we still love this world and want to live in this world for a long time, though a world thousand times more beautiful is awaiting us!

And coming down to Tirupathi, I had the opportunity to see another beautiful place, the ISKCON temple. The Art & Architecture of the temple is really amazing. But the beauty of this Art & Architecture was nothing compared to the beauty of the Deity inside the temple. Two eyes aren’t enough to view the stunning deities. Unlike other temples, where Sri Krishna is accompanied with just Radharani, here there are 8 gopikas alongside. The temple is a must visit for every devotee of Sri Krishna.

Here are few images from the trip.

Thanks for the comment. As you said one has to first visit Alamelumanga Puram & Tiruchanoor before visiting Tirupathi. And at Tirupathi, one has to visit Sri Varaha Swamy Temple before Balaji Darshan.
